Refund & Exchange Policy: Bahubali Digiglam

At Bahubali Digiglam, we maintain the highest quality control standards to ensure every piece of stationery and packaging meets your expectations. Because our products are often delicate or custom-made, we adhere to the following policy:

1. General Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard Orders: We do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a major manufacturing defect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order is wrongfully delivered (different from the order placed) or has a genuine quality issue/damage, we are committed to making it right through an exchange or a full refund.

  • Reporting Window: You must email us at sales.digiglambahubali@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Evidence Required: Please include digital images of the package as it arrived, clearly showing the defect or external damage.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, and all original documentation/packaging must be maintained.

3. The Exchange Process

  1. Once you contact us, you will be asked to courier the product back to our mailing address.

  2. Our quality team will review the returned item.

  3. If approved, an exchange will be processed based on stock availability.

  4. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund as online store credit.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Standard Products: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. If the product has already left our processing centre, cancellation is not guaranteed.

  • Personalized/Customized Products: Due to the nature of custom printing, no cancellations are applicable once a personalized order is placed.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Method: Refunds for cancelled (non-processed) or approved defective returns are credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking).

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 10–12 working days.

  • Note: While we release funds immediately upon approval, the final credit to your account depends on your bank’s processing times
