We currently ship to addresses across India. For international shipping inquiries (via platforms like Etsy), please contact us directly at sales.digiglambahubali@gmail.com to discuss custom shipping rates and timelines.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for non-personalised items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom/Personalised Orders: Since our custom stationery and packaging require precision printing and finishing, please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.
Business Days: Our dispatch team operates Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Delhi/NCR: 1–2 business days.
Major Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days, depending on courier's reach.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Any octroi, state-entry taxes, or local levies must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation Email and SMS containing your tracking number and the link to the courier partner's website. You can track your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery three times.
If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse in Delhi.
In such cases, a reshipping fee will be applicable to send the package again.
While we use high-quality protective packaging to ensure your stationery arrives safely, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with:
Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely torn.
If you accept it, please film an unboxing video as proof of the condition of the internal contents.
Report the damage to us within 48 hours as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
